The VÄRMER collection for IKEA are pieces inspired by the winter holiday season. With half of the pieces designed by Studio Propolis and half by Swedish Couple Sarah and Jens Fager, IKEA wanted to explore the many ways people celebrate around the world.
Everyone has their own way of celebrating. Taking our own family’s different traditions as the starting point, our pieces are for entertaining family and friends for festive meals and activities that bring different generations together. Inspired by the holidays, they also encourage us to continue the holiday spirit throughout the year.
The pieces shown here are our contribution to the collection, which went on sale in stores and online in October 2019.
